Terms and conditions 

Welcome to WhiteRock Holiday Homes. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment must be made prior to check-in.

Security deposits may apply and will be refunded after inspection of the property.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide valid ID or passport at check-in.

The property must be used only for residential purposes.

Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.

5. House Rules

No smoking inside the property.

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved.

Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors.

6. Liability

White Rock Holiday Homes is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct during their stay.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
